Global Furniture Group Closeout Terms:
All closeout lots are will-call only, from the listed distribution center. Global may provide freight quotes upon request. Dealer may also arrange a third-party shipment.
The 'closeout price' is the final dealer net price. There will be no additional discounting applied.
All items are sold in the lots listed. Global will not break down lots into lesser quantities or remove select items from a lot. Dealer must purchase the entire lot as listed.
All product is priced and sold in as-is condition. Product condition may vary, especially for product that is not new in box. The condition has been factored into the pricing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Global is not liable for concealed damage or damage during transit.
Closeout lots, or select items, cannot be returned.
All closeout orders must be placed online. Dealer cannot purchase closeout lots directly from a distribution center.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an acknowledgement from Global Industries.
Product must be collected from the distribution center within 10 business days. Warehouse appointments are required. Please see will-call hours and contact information in the listing.
If a product is listed as non-palletized, and pallets are requested, Global will charge $25 per 48x30 pallets and $45 for 72x40 pallets.
Payment is due upon receipt. Closeout lots are not eligible for any programs or terms.
Valid re-sale certificate is required for the state that the items will be will-called, or tax may be applied to the order.
